lead time is 3-4 weeks and our Warranty is One
Year. High failure rate items such as circuit
cards and power supplies are our specialty.

WDPF Exchanges -
Our most popular service by far is our repair
via exchange and advance exchange programs. For
the cost of a standard repair, DeepSouth will
ship you a working replacement part and you can
return the failed item later on at your
convenience. When our stock allows, we provide
circuit cards that are of newer vintage and
higher revision level than your current ones.

WDPF Card Testing /
Validation - DeepSouth has a test system we
use for checking circuit cards, power supplies
and other rotating spares. Why risk a plant
failure by installing an untested board of
unknown origin that has been sitting on a shelf
in stores for years? For a minimal fee,
DeepSouth technicians will test your hardware and verify functionality - eliminating your risk and worry upon
installation.

WEStation and Ovation surplus systems for sale.

Process Control Solutions (PCS) provides DCS Lifecycle Planning,
project management, commissioning support and field service to the
power generation industry.
PCS specializes in Ovation control system retrofits in combined
cycle and fossil steam power plants which utilize WDPF, TXP,
INFI-90, DELTA-V, Allen Bradley, Mark-IV , or Mark-V systems. This
includes AS-BUILT SAMA logic drawings and termination lists,factory
acceptance testing, commissioning support, optimization, and
training.
PCS also provides system administration; maintenance support;
capacity, reliablity, and operability enhancements and operator and
I&C technician training for WDPF control systems.
